I'm 21 and I've noticed that my right hilar shadow is more prominent, and there are lymph nodes involved. I don't have a cough or fever, but I sometimes feel a bit breathless, which I think might be from worrying too much. Is this something serious, or is it normal? Should I be seeing a doctor about it?

View allI'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. It feels like my chest is blocked, and there's an unwanted cough that's causing my lungs to feel like they're blocked too. It's making it really hard to run or even catch my breath sometimes. Could this be a chest infection or something else? What can I do to help clear this up?
