I'm a 21-year-old girl and just found out I have a 3.5 mm cyst in my left ovary. Can this be treated with medicine or will I need surgery?

I'm thinking about starting Novelon tablets for my polycystic ovaries to help regulate my periods. I'm a bit concerned though, will taking them cause me to gain weight? I had an ultrasound that showed an enlarged uterus with a large subserosal fibroid measuring 148.8 cm in the right lateral wall and areas of early degeneration, plus another subserosal fibroid in the anterior wall measuring 1.72.2 cm. My ET is 8mm. One doctor recommended surgery, but two others suggested trying to conceive first. I don't have children yet and I'm really confused about what to do should I prioritize surgery or try to get pregnant with these fibroids?

It's been 3 months since my ruptured ectopic pregnancy laparotomy surgery on the right tube. Everything seems healed now, and my periods are regular. I have two concerns first, there's still slight swelling and numbness on the right side of my pelvic area, but no pain. Is this normal as part of the healing process, and will it go away over time? Second, I want to start more intense abdominal and body exercises for fat loss since I've been doing basic ones. Is it safe to increase the intensity now?
