I'm a 21-year-old girl and last November and December, I suffered from typhoid. Since I started recovering fully in January, Ive noticed that my hair is falling out a lot. I used to have long, thick hair, but now its really thinning, and I can even see bald spots. I'm worried and I really dont want to shave my head. How long can I expect it to take for my hair to grow back to normal, and is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Will not shaving be a problem?

View allI've been thinking about getting a skin lightening treatment and I'm not sure about the best option. I've heard about peeling and laser, and even something called skin lightening surgery, but I'm not really clear on what that involves. Could you give me some advice on what might be the most effective long-term treatment? I'm looking for something that could give lasting results.

I accidentally pulled out a tiny broken piece from my toenail and now there's some light redness and swelling on the side of my right toenail. I've been soaking my feet in warm water as a warm compress, but Im wondering if its okay to use Soframycin as an ointment to help with this. Does that sound like a good idea, or should I be doing something else?
Candid ceam is advised for local application, for 2-3 weeks and rest continue same treatment.

I've always had dry and rough hair, even since I was born, and I've been dreaming of having soft, silky hair. My hair is also pretty thick, and I've been considering treatments like smoothening and straightening. I'm just worried about how these might affect my hair in the long run. Is there something else I should be doing? Are there alternative methods I might not have thought about?
