I'm a 21-year-old guy, and I've been wondering about something that's been on my mind. I tend to masturbate almost daily, sometimes up to three times a day, or at least once. Also, I've been having sex with my girlfriend, maybe around 32 times. I'm curious to know if this might have any impact on my health now or in the future. Does what I'm doing pose any risks?
