I'm 21 years old and feeling pretty weak. My weight's only 47 kg, and I'm experiencing chest pain whenever I do any heavy work. I also have heart palpitations, feel weak, and yawn a lot. I've attached my x-ray reportcould you take a look and let me know what's going on?

I'm really concerned about my dad's blood pressure. He's been dealing with high BP for a while, but it was stable and normal the past few days. I'm really worried about my brother. He had a heart attack in March 2017, and it turned out he had a 100% blockage in a left artery.
