I'm 22 and haven't been to the gym or played sports in a while so my physical activity is basically zero. I've noticed my nipples are puffy but I'm not sure if it's gyno or just fat. If I get surgery, will it mess up my chest shape since I plan to start gym later. Also does homeopathy work for puffy nipples when there's no gland growth just puffiness
