I'm 22 and whenever I walk up and down the stairs, I get quite breathless. Can you suggest what I can do to help improve my airflow? Also, what kind of tests should I consider to pinpoint the issue? I've heard about the ABD testwould that be relevant for these symptoms? Plus, even a short 5-minute dance leaves me out of breath. Any advice would be really helpful.

I'm really worried about my husband because he catches a cold way too easily. It's like every month he's sick, running a fever because of a runny nose and cough, and it also causes him breathing problems. I'm wondering if this means we should see a pulmonologist or maybe another type of specialist. He's shown some minor asthma symptoms as well. What do you think? Could you give some advice on what steps we might take?
