I'm a 23-year-old guy and lately, I've noticed this really unusual smell in my stool for the past 10 to 15 days. It's not like the usual odor, and I can't even begin to describe it. On top of that, I've been dealing with constipation off and on. Other than these issues, I feel okay. I should mention that a couple of months ago, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy because of some abdomen pain, but everything came back normal. Is this something I should be worried about?

Its good that your colonoscopy and endoscopy were normal. A change in stool odor, along with occasional constipation, could be related to diet or mild digestive issues, but if the symptoms persist or worsen, it's worth checking in with your doctor again to rule out any underlying concerns.

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been taking cremaffin plus syrup for her constipation and piles for like three and a half months now. But lately, she's been making these odd stomach noises at night, like "doorrr doorrr," and now she's got diarrhea since yesterday. Is it safe for her to keep taking the syrup with diarrhea, or should she maybe lower the dose?

, it's recommended to stop or reduce the dose of Cremaffin Plus syrup temporarily if your mom is experiencing diarrhea, as the syrup is a laxative and may exacerbate diarrhea; instead, encourage her to stay hydrated with electrolyte-rich fluids, and consider an antidiarrheal medication like loperamide if advised by her doctor.
