I'm a 24-year-old guy and I'm really worried because I've got a red pimple on the head of my penis, and there's some fluid discharge from under the foreskin along with swelling. Can you help me figure out what might be going on?

From the description , it is most likely a veneral infection.Each infection has a different kit as treatment so it should be examined physically by a dermatologist to administer the appropriate kit.Consult the doctor asap.

Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment can be used to treat post inflammatory hypopigmentation. It helps to restore skin color by promoting melanin production. It is also safe to use in non-vitiligo conditions such as post inflammatory hypopigmentation. The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer of tacrolimus ointment to the affected area twice daily.
