I'm a 24-year-old guy and I've always been really skinnylike, my whole life. I'm around 55 kg, and nothing I've tried in terms of medicines or treatments seems to help me gain weight. I've also got a couple of other issues. My left ear veins aren't working right, so I can't hear out of it, and I'm starting to go bald even though I'm pretty young. Plus, I have this bad habit of chewing tobacco, which I know can't be helping. I'm really eager to figure out how to get healthier and maybe even bulk up a bit. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what I could do?

I've been experiencing this weird click sensation in my throat whenever I swallow, almost like something is shifting around in there. It's not painful, but there's this constant feeling of something being there, and its seriously annoying, especially when I'm trying to sleep. I have this lingering cough sensation too, but it's mostly just an odd feeling rather than a full cough. I did drink a lot of alcohol for over a year, which I thought might be the cause, but Ive stopped drinking for the last month and a half, yet the problem persists. I've tried looking up stuff on Google but ended up more confused. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get rid of this discomfort?

my 4 year old cousin has adenoid hypertrophy with frequent cold cough and fever - is surgery always needed or can medicines help cure this
Adenoids can shrink with meds—surgery only if symptoms persist after 3–6 months of treatment.
