I'm a 24-year-old guy working a desk job, and I'm noticing my hair falls out quite a bit daily. Whenever I use shampoo or conditioner, I can see a lot of hair coming off in my hands. Someone suggested trying curry leaves in the morning. Do you think that could really help? What else could be causing my hair to shed so much, and are there any other remedies I should consider?

How often should you wash your hair?

Usually twice a week but to be very precise it depends on hair type. If washing frequently you have to make sure you use a mild shampoo and dilute it with water before using.

Had some antibiotic shots on my back about 78 days ago, and now they're starting to hurt a bit. Any idea what might be causing this?

The lingering pain at the injection site 7-8 days after antibiotic injections on your back could be due to inflammation, muscle irritation, or a localized reaction to the antibiotic, which can cause delayed-onset pain.
