I'm 25 and dealing with hair thinning and bald patches. My dermatologist suggested PRP and minoxidil for about 3-6 months. I've read that when you stop using minoxidil, the hair gains disappear. So why would the doctor recommend it for a short period? Will all the hair I get from PRP and minoxidil just fall out once I stop using minoxidil after a short time?

I'm really worried about my penis; there's this redness on the forehead of the skin and some small red bumps on the side. There's no itching or fluid, but it burns and irritates. I've been using Candida B, Onbet, and T Bact ointments and have tried various creams, but nothing seems to help. My skin is scratching and there's a red rash. What should I do?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I'm dealing with a really nasty case of ringworm that's spread all over my body, and I've been on medication like itraconazole, terbinafine, griseofulvin, and fluconazole for the past 6 months. I'm getting desperate here, what else can I do to finally get rid of this?

I'm using this cream and every time I stop using it, my skin turns red, I get these unwanted hairs, and there are black spots too. Should I keep using it or is it better to stop?

It sounds like you may be experiencing side effects from stopping the cream. It is important to consult with your doctor before making any decisions. However, if you are using a topical steroid cream, abrupt discontinuation can lead to rebound redness and other skin issues. You may need to taper off the cream gradually to avoid these effects. Additionally, unwanted hair growth and black spots may be related to the cream you are using. I recommend using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil and a mild steroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% for any redness. Consult with your doctor for a proper tapering schedule and alternative treatment options.
