I'm 25 and having a bit of a scare here. I've been coughing up this black phlegm, dealing with nasal congestion, and feeling breathless, but it gets a bit better after I cough. I havent smoked ever, and I live in an area with clean air, so Im really confused. What could be going on with me? And what kind of medication should I be considering? Also, I'm not experiencing any cough or fever along with it.

I'm really struggling with shortness of breath and breathing problems whenever the weather changes. It can get really bad, and I end up needing to use rotacap, foracort, levolin, and sometimes deriphyllin. On top of that, I'm also taking medications like fluconazole 200 and Allegra, plus Thyronorm 50 and Tryptomer 25 mg. I had my gall bladder removed two years ago. Can you help me figure out what's going on or suggest what I should do?

I'm really worried about my mom. For the last 67 months, she's been experiencing excessive yawning during the day. We've done all kinds of tests like chest x-ray, ECG, echo, TMT, and even basic blood work, but everything's coming back normal. She often mentions feeling like there's air stuck in her left chest, and yawning seems to give her some relief. Sometimes she even has chest pains. Could you help us figure out what's going on?

Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried about my father's health. He's 56 and just had a CT score of 925 at the end of April. His CRP is 40.5 mg, serum LDH is 823.1 UL, D-Dimer is 319.92 ngmL, and ferritin is 769.63 ngmL. His oxygen levels keep fluctuating between 90 and 92, occasionally hitting 93 or 94. He started on steroids and anticoagulants from May 1st, but before that, he had dexona and deriphyllin for about one and a half days at the end of April. What should we do next? Is there anything specific we need to watch out for or ask his doctor about?

continue the treatment , put on oxygen if level fall below 90 percent
