I'm 25 and having a bit of a scare here. I've been coughing up this black phlegm, dealing with nasal congestion, and feeling breathless, but it gets a bit better after I cough. I havent smoked ever, and I live in an area with clean air, so Im really confused. What could be going on with me? And what kind of medication should I be considering? Also, I'm not experiencing any cough or fever along with it.

View allI'm really worried about my grandfather. He's 75, and with his COPD and asthma, his breathing has become pretty challenging. There are these sounds when he breathes, and he seems to breathe from his stomach. Even just a little movement seems to make his breathing worse. It's like he can't be without oxygen at all now. His oxygen level is at 75, and carbon dioxide is 50. Could you help me understand what stage he's in?

I'm really concerned about my cousin brother who started his treatment for MDR-RR TB about 20 days ago. Despite being on medication, he's still coughing quite a bit. Could you let me know when the coughing might completely stop, and how long we should expect to continue the meds before seeing improvement?
After 3-7 days.

I've been tested positive for Covid on July 30, 2020, but I didn't have any symptoms. They admitted me to the hospital anyway and did all sorts of tests like CBC, kidney, liver, d-dimer, ferritin, and some ECG and chest X-ray, and everything came back normal. I got out after a week and have been quarantining at home for six days now. The past three days, I've been feeling like I have this chest fullness, kind of like gastric issues. I went back to the hospital and got another X-ray, which looks fine. But my Spo2 levels have been always between 93 and 96 since I got home. I'm not really experiencing anything else, but I'm worried about how to improve my Spo2 levels. Can you give me some advice?
