I'm 25 and I've been noticing I'm losing hair around my forehead, and my hair is getting thinner every day. It used to be really thick all over my head. I'm pretty worried about this. Could you suggest what I can do to help with this problem?

Based on your description, it sounds like you may be experiencing male pattern baldness. I recommend using Minoxidil solution 5% twice daily on the affected areas of your scalp. Additionally, you can take Finasteride 1mg tablet once daily to help with hair regrowth. These medications can help slow down hair loss and promote hair growth. It is important to use them consistently for at least several months to see results.

View allI'm a bit confused about when exactly I should be using sunscreen. Do I really need to keep reapplying it all day long, even in the evening or at night? Or is it okay to skip it once the sun goes down?
It is necessary to use it all day long. Should we apply sunscreen even at evening and night time ?? Or no need to apply it after sunset.. Sunscreen should be applied every day, regardless of the time of day. It is recommended to apply sunscreen in the morning before going out and to reapply every 2 hours, especially if you are outdoors. Even in the evening and at night, if you are going to be exposed to artificial light sources such as fluorescent bulbs or screens, it is advisable to continue using sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

I'm struggling with a pretty uncomfortable jock itch, and I'm not sure which anti-fungal cream would be better for meLulifin or Quadriderm? Also, are there any other medications or treatments that you'd recommend for this type of issue? I've tried over-the-counter stuff, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Any guidance would be great!
The best anti-fungal cream for jock itch is lulifin cream. You can apply lulifin cream twice a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. In addition, you can take oral anti-fungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to treat jock itch effectively.
