I'm 25 weeks pregnant and had a cerclage done at 14 weeks. Right now my cervical length is 30 mm is that normal or should I be worried about it shortening further?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
A cervical length of 30 mm at 25 weeks, especially after a cerclage at 14 weeks, is generally considered normal and not a cause for immediate concern. While some shortening of the cervix is expected as pregnancy progresses, a 30 mm length indicates the cervix is still within a safe range. However, it's essential to monitor it closely and discuss any concerns with your doctor

I'm in my second month of pregnancy, and yesterday I ate some papaya. My neighbors told me it could cause an abortion. I'm really worried about this. Is it true that eating papaya and pineapple can lead to a miscarriage?

I'm curious if it's normal for someone to feel more sexual or have a stronger urge to watch porn during their period. My sister experiences this, and I'm wondering if there's something behind it hormonally or psychologically. Is this something that you've come across before?
It's not uncommon for some people to experience heightened sexual urges during their periods due to hormonal changes. However, it's important to ensure that she feels comfortable with her desires and makes choices that align with her values and well-being.
