I'm a 25-year-old woman with a BMI of 22.5, and I've been having episodes of tachycardia from time to time. My resting heart rate is usually in the 90s to low 100s, and I don't have any personal or family history of heart disease or drug use. The most recent episode happened yesterday, and I finally got an EKG. It showed sinus tachycardia with a short PR of 100. I work in an outpatient clinic, and a coworker did the EKG for me. Should I be worried about this?

View allWhen I lie down and then get up to walk, I experience a heavy feeling or difficulty in breathing for about 2 to 3 minutes. I also notice a heaviness in my upper abdomen during this time. After those few minutes, I feel normal again. I've had an X-ray, CT scan, ECG, and a 2D echo, and all the results came back normal. Should I be worried about this, or am I just overthinking it?

I've been having these mild chest pains on my left side, and it's been going on for a while now. I've seen doctors a couple of times and even did an ECG, but everything came back normal. The pain isn't super intense or frequent, but it pops up every couple of days, and its got me a bit worried. Could this be related to my heart, or could there be something else behind it? What kind of tests should I ask for to figure out whats causing it?
