I'm 26 and I've been dealing with some health issues that have me worried. My blood pressure has been pretty highranging from 175110 to 15589and I've got this persistent headache on the upper part of my head, around the skull area. Even though my lipid profile came back normal, the Venogram MRI showed hypoplastic left transverse and sigmoid sinuses. I'm currently on medication just for the high BP because my doctor is out of town and I'm not sure what my next steps should be. Could my headache be connected to the high blood pressure somehow?

Ovulation typically occurs 24-36 hours after an HCG trigger shot. However, some women may ovulate earlier, within 12-24 hours.

Given your symptoms and the timing of the HCG shot, it's possible that you may have ovulated earlier than expected.

To maximize the chances of successful IUI, consider the following options:

  1. Proceed with IUI as scheduled, as the timing may still be optimal.
  2. Inform your doctor about the early ovulation symptoms, and they may adjust the IUI timing or recommend additional interventions.

I'm really worried about my mom. She's got sciatica, and the pain was just unbearable this morning, so she went to see a doctor. He gave her Pregabalin and Mecobalamin capsules to take. I totally get that the doctor knows his stuff, but I'm just a bit concerned since she also has high blood pressure. Are these capsules safe for her to take? I'd really appreciate any advice or reassurance.

yes continue the medications ..

I'm a bit confused about the vitamin prescription I got for my nerve issues. The doctor said to take it once a day for two weeks, but didn't specify the strength. Should I be looking for something like 100mg? Any clues on what I should do?

My father is 62 and has trouble walking his leg below the knee goes numb, and he has to stop for 10-12 minutes before he can walk again. A neurosurgeon recommended surgery, but he doesn't want to go through with it. He's been taking Neurobin Forte and finds it helpful, but is there a more effective tablet or medicine that can manage his pain and symptoms without surgery? The MRI report shows some issues, but he's hesitant about an operation. What else can we try?

It's understandable that your father is hesitant about surgery. While Neurobin Forte might offer some relief, other medications and therapies may be explored to manage his symptoms without surgery. Focusing on pain management, improving blood flow, and managing nerve compression, with a multi-pronged approach, can be helpful.
