I'm 26 and just got married. A few months ago, I went to the urologist because I was having pain in my testicles, and they said I have a bilateral grade 2 varicocele. They suggested taking ibuprofen whenever it hurts but also mentioned it could affect fertility. The doctor said if my wife and I don't conceive within a year, I might need to consider surgery. Lately, I've been feeling some pain after intercourse and during bowel movements, and even when I touch my testicles, it hurts a lot. Plus, I've been having digestive problems, waking up with gas and loose stools in the morning. I'm wondering if any alternative medicine might help with all this. Do you have any advice or suggestions?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

I'm really concerned because I'm experiencing severe early ejaculation. I can get an erection just fine, but I can't seem to maintain it long enough as I end up ejaculating just 15 to 20 seconds after the erection. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to address it?
