I'm 26 years old and I've been feeling like my right ear is cold for the past few days. I'm not sure what to do about it. Is it okay to use a heating pad to warm up my ear? Could you please give me some advice?

View allI'm having some pain in my right ear and I think there might be an insect in there. I've been hearing these crackling and painful noises every now and then, only on that side. I tried using coconut oil and some warm water, but the noises haven't stopped. What should I do? Is there anything else I can try, or should I see a doctor?
No,it's not possible for an insect to settle down there, the noise could be due to fluid movement which is due to ear effusion, practice valsalva, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.
