I'm 26 years old and I've been feeling like my right ear is cold for the past few days. I'm not sure what to do about it. Is it okay to use a heating pad to warm up my ear? Could you please give me some advice?

View allI've been taking Vertin 16 mg for the past four months for Meniere's disease and it's been helping me feel better. But now I'm starting to wonder if there could be any long-term effects or harm from using it for so long. Could it be causing any issues I should be worried about?
Yes you can take it no problem.

I had throat pain a few days ago, and though that's gotten better, I've started having this cough. Also, I noticed a small flap-like skin beneath my tongue, deep in my throat. I think it's my epiglottis. Is it normal to be able to see the epiglottis? I don't seem to have any other symptoms but just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about.
That could be chronic pharyngitis,no need to worry visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment, consume warm foods and do salt water gargling for a better result.

My eardrum has a hole in it and I heard it's called a ruptured eardrum. I'm not sure whether I should go for medicines or surgery to fix this - which treatment works better and what are the risks of each option?
Most ruptured (perforated) eardrums heal without treatment within a few weeks. Your provider may prescribe antibiotic drops if there's evidence of infection. If the tear or hole in the eardrum doesn't heal by itself, treatment will likely involve procedures to close the tear or hole.
