I'm 26 years old and I've been feeling like my right ear is cold for the past few days. I'm not sure what to do about it. Is it okay to use a heating pad to warm up my ear? Could you please give me some advice?

It seems to get worse when I'm traveling, especially if there are potholes on the road. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
