I'm 27 and have been dealing with multiple sneezes, especially in the morning after waking up and during the evening. I also experience a blocked nose and swelling, which I think is due to my dust allergy. I've checked my blood pressure at home, and it reads 11565. Could this mean I'm suffering from low blood pressure? Any advice on remedies for these symptoms?

View allI live in a PG in Hyderabad, and there's just so much dust and pollution around. I have to deal with it every day on my way to the office, and I'm allergic to dust. Right now, I'm taking Defcort6, Montewoklc, and Oxypur because my doctor suggested them. They work to some extent, but I'm really hoping for a permanent solution because we can't totally escape dust, and I don't want to depend on medication forever. What can I do about this?
Patient is advised to continue all the medications for allergy.

it is bit expensive , the duration depends on kind of allergy

Can you tell me if it's okay to take Allegra M long-term? Every time I stop after a couple of days, I get a runny nose, itchy and watery eyes. It's been really helpful for the past two years, but I'm worried if using it for a long time is safe. What do you think?
Prolonged use of allegra M is not recommended, its better to use topical nasal sprays.
