I'm 28 years old and have been having some trouble with shortness of breath. I feel like I have to consciously force myself to breathe. I tried using a nebulizer, but it didn't really help. Could you suggest what else I might try or what might be going on?

I'm a bit concerned about this white spot that showed up on my chest x-ray about 25 days ago. It was on my left upper lobe lung area. My doctor had me on antibioticsclindamycin and moxifloxacinfor three weeks, and the spot seems to be getting smaller and less noticeable. I'm wondering if I should keep taking the antibiotics until the spot is completely gone. The doctor said it was a patch from a previous infection. Does this mean it's benign since it's not getting bigger, just shrinking?

no need of continuation of antibiotics. it will heal on its own

I'm experiencing some chest congestion and I'm noticing a problem with breathing whenever I go for a walk. It feels like I run out of energy pretty quickly, and my legs start hurting. I'm worried about what could be causing this. Could it be something serious, or is it just because I'm maybe a bit out of shape? It's pretty concerning, so I'd love to get some advice on what to do next.

do chest x ray

I'm really struggling with my breathing the last couple of days. It feels heavy and I'm breathing super fast, plus I'm yawning all the time. My heart's been racing too, and it's making me so anxious. My nose is clear and my hemoglobin's normal, so I'm at a loss about what's going on. I'm constantly worrying about my breathing now and focusing on it just seems to make it worse. Any idea what this could be? It's really stressing me out.

because of anxiety, you are having this difficulty in breathing. reduce stress, anxiety
