I'm 29 and dealing with an allergic cough, so I've been taking Montelukast and Omnacortil. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm a bit worriedcan I keep taking these meds? Other treatments haven't been very effective for me. Is it safe for my baby?

The normal hCG levels at 5 weeks LMP is 18 7,340 mIUml. The hCG level in your blood doubles every two to three days when you're pregnant. If your hCG doubling time is slower than expected, or if it decreases over time, this may be a sign of a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. An hCG level of less than 5 mIUmL is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25 mIUmL is considered positive for pregnancy. It can take a variable amount of time for hCG levels to come to normal after miscarriage but it usually comes to normal within 2 weeks after miscarriage.

I have a large 13 cm fibroid on the posterior wall of my uterus but my periods are normal should I consider surgery or try homeopathic medicine first? I'm worried about the size and not sure what the best option is

I'm currently 132 weeks pregnant, and I've noticed that my fasting sugar levels have gone up to 110, while they used to be around 75 before I got pregnant. 110 mgdL fasting blood sugar is elevated but not necessarily a sign of gestational diabetes on its own. Confirmatory testing will help determine your next steps.
