I'm 29 and I've been dealing with pigmentation issues for a while now. I'm really curious to know what cream would be the best to help with this problem. Could you please suggest something?

I'm struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. Over the years, I've tried many medicines, but they only seem to help as long as I'm taking them. Once I finish the course, after a month or so, the same issues pop back up. Back in 2012, my doctor prescribed some medicines, and then again in 2013, I was recommended Zeethrom 500 mg, Saslic face wash, Resoten 20 mg, and Calene gel. By 2014, the prescription included Resoten 20 mg and Nioclean gel. I've been using these treatments for about three years, but I stopped taking any medicine over the past two years. Could you suggest what I should do next? Should I consider continuing with medicine or try another treatment option?

I've just finished a treatment for lichen planus, and the bumps and itching have stopped, thankfully. However, the marks are still visible, and I really want them gone quicker if possible. The dermatologist mentioned they'd fade over time, but is there anything I can do to speed up the process and get rid of these marks in a few months to a year?

Scars would fade with time,if you are worried much there are other treatment modalities for a better results, consume balanced diet with vitamin E rich foods this would help.

I'm really worried because I keep getting these ringworms and pustules only on my face, especially in the summer. I've had ringworm three different times in the last six years, but always just on my face and not elsewhere on my body. I'm not sure why this keeps happening. Could it be something specific to facial skin, or maybe it's related to something else I'm not aware of? Any advice on how to deal with this would be really appreciated.

it seems like acne vulgaris which is aggressive, no need to worry visit yuour dermatologist for appropriate approach, consume balanced diet and more fruits for a better result, personal hygiene is important.
