I'm 29 and I've been dealing with pigmentation issues for a while now. I'm really curious to know what cream would be the best to help with this problem. Could you please suggest something?

View allI've been staying at a friend's place for a few days and now I'm getting incredibly itchy bites, but I can't actually see anything on my skin. I'm pretty sure I might have mites and it's driving me nuts. I've tried washing with a sulfur-based body wash for a couple of days, but it doesn't seem to help. Is there anything else I could do to get rid of these mites and stop the itching?
To combat mite infestation, in addition to the sulfur-based body wash, try washing and drying clothing and bedding in hot water and high heat, drying non-washable items in the sun, using a dehumidifier to reduce moisture, applying calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream to soothe itching, and considering over-the-counter permethrin or pyrethrin

I'm dealing with a fungal infection and have been using tetmosol soap, but nothing else seems to work. Could you suggest any other options or steps I might take to improve the situation?
To manage fungal infections, continue using Tetmosol soap, which contains clotrimazole, an antifungal agent; however, to enhance treatment and prevent recurrence, also consider: keeping the affected area clean and dry, wearing loose-fitting cotton clothing, applying an antifungal cream or powder, and consulting a dermatologist for further guidance and evaluation

I'm experiencing some real trouble with my lips. They've been drying out and peeling every few days for about three months now. I've been using Tacrolimus, but nothing seems to be improving. It's really just my lower lip that's affected. It gets red, peels every third day, and any new skin that forms also dries out and flakes, especially when it comes into contact with water. It's starting to mess with my confidence. I think the problem started when I was experimenting with new lip balms. Could you help me figure out how to fix this? Having dry and flaky lips isn't aesthetically pleasing, and it's really starting to get me down.
