I'm 29 and I've been married for a year, but we still haven't had a child. I found out that my sperm count is low at 11 million. The doctor suggested taking Productive M tabs for three months, but I'm also thinking about not having sex for a while to see if that helps store up my sperm. How long do you think it might take for my sperm count to get back to a normal range? I really want to help my wife get pregnantany advice would be appreciated.
