I'm 3 months pregnant and just found out I have an 8 cm posterior wall uterine fibroid. Is this dangerous? Do I need urgent surgery? I'm hoping to have another baby in the future, and my first delivery was a C-section. If I do need surgery, I'm worried about having multiple procedures like removing the fibroid first, then another for the baby, and maybe even a hysterectomy later. That would mean 4 surgeries in my lifetime. What should I do?

What's the right dose of methotrexate tablets for ectopic pregnancy if I want to skip surgery? I'm really worried and need to know how much to take safely.
Methotrexate is used to treat ectopic pregnancy in certain cases. The typical dosage is 50mg/m², but it’s crucial to follow your doctor’s guidance to avoid complications. Surgery may still be required if the medication doesn't resolve the issue.

I'm experiencing this strange feeling in my mouth; it's like the skin is tightening and my tongue feels really sensitive. Could this be some kind of infection from having oral sex, especially if my partner has a UTI or an STD?
The sensation of skin tightening and a sensitive tongue could be due to a variety of causes, including irritation, allergic reactions, or infections. While some STDs can affect the mouth, such as oral herpes or syphilis, a UTI is unlikely to cause these symptoms. Its best to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.
