I'm 3 months pregnant and just found out I have an 8 cm posterior wall uterine fibroid. Is this dangerous? Do I need urgent surgery? I'm hoping to have another baby in the future, and my first delivery was a C-section. If I do need surgery, I'm worried about having multiple procedures like removing the fibroid first, then another for the baby, and maybe even a hysterectomy later. That would mean 4 surgeries in my lifetime. What should I do?

I'm worried about a yeast infection after having a medical abortion last month. I took three pills of azithromycin a few days later to prevent infections, but now I've got this white discharge, itching, and some pain when I pee. Plus, there are a couple of small pimples inside my vagina. I also had rashes on my breasts and arms which went away after taking Citrizine. Is it usual to get a yeast infection after this kind of procedure, or could it be something else?
Yeast infections can occur after a medical abortion due to changes in hormone levels and the body's immune response. The symptoms you are experiencing, such as white discharge, itching, and pain while urinating, are common signs of a yeast infection. The rash on your breasts and arms may also be related to the infection. To treat the yeast infection, you can use an antifungal medication such as Fluconazole. The usual dosage is a single 150mg dose. Additionally, practicing good hygiene, wearing loose-fitting clothing, and avoiding irritants can help prevent further infections. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've been experiencing some discomfort with vaginal itching and have noticed rashes in that area. It's also swollen, and I'm really not sure what to do about it. Could you recommend any medicines or ointments that might help with this?
If the itching and swelling are localized to the external area, you can apply clotrimazole (an antifungal cream) or hydrocortisone (a mild anti-inflammatory) externally. These can help reduce itching and swelling.
