I'm a 30-year-old and I'm curious about how I might be able to increase the Y chromosomes in my sperm. Can changing my diet help with this? Also, is there a way to test the Y chromosome levels in my sperm?

Increasing the number of Y chromosomes in sperm isn't something that can be directly influenced by food habits. The sex chromosomes in sperm are determined naturally during sperm production. While there's no specific test to check Y chromosomes in sperm, you can opt for sperm sorting methods like sperm sex selection, which is available in some fertility clinics. It's always best to consult a fertility specialist for personalized advice.

I had laparoscopic ovarian drilling done last week and my doctor said I can start trying to conceive next month. What supplements or diet changes should I focus on to improve my chances of getting pregnant naturally? I want to make sure I'm doing everything right to boost fertility after the surgery
Yes. Your chances of Ovulation will increase and so will your chances of conception. IUI is just a shade better than natural conception because it is timed nicely according to Ovulation. Also the semen is prepared. Even if you go for IUI you should continue your efforts for natural conception.
