I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been smoking heavily, like 23 packs a day. I just got my CT scan results and the tech mentioned something about "no other pulmonary abnormalities aside from early small airway air trapping." What exactly does that mean for my lungs? Should I be worried?

View allI'm a bit confused about my chest x-ray results. It mentions "suspicious infiltrates in the right apex" and suggests considering pneumonia. Does that mean I might have pneumonia, even though I don't feel any breathing issues or chest pain, and haven't had a cold or flu?
A chest X-ray showing suspicious infiltrates in the right apex could suggest pneumonia, but it doesn't confirm the diagnosis on its own. Since you're not experiencing symptoms like breathing difficulties, chest pain, or a cold, it might be worth discussing the results further with your doctor to evaluate whether further tests or monitoring are needed.

Ive been having a bit of a struggle with breathlessness even when climbing just a couple of floors, which is unusual for me since Im generally healthy and active. Not too long ago, I had a nasty infection and was coughing up a lot of yellow-green phlegm. It went on for nearly a week, and during that time, I found myself gasping for breath like it was asthma, though it didnt turn into a full-blown attack. I used an inhaler to help with the breathing. An Ayurvedic doctor mentioned that I have very shallow breath intake and low lung capacity. Could you provide some advice or suggest ways to improve this?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .E cg and x-ray chest pa view is also advised to the patient.

I'm a bit worried about my mom. The doctor gave her Montair LC 001 and Pan D100 for her mild dry cough she mainly gets when she's talking. It's been going on for like 1620 days, but she doesn't have any other cold symptoms, and there are no signs of asthma or acidity issues. I'm concerned that after 15 days of taking these meds, could she be at risk of an asthma attack or acidity problems in the future? I'm also wondering if instead of these medications, would using Strepsils lozenges and the Piriton CS cough suppressant give her some relief? What would you suggest?
try using allegra m
