I'm 30 years old and started having chest pain and tingling back in December 2016. I went through all the tests like ECG, 2D echo, and a stress test, and everything came back negative. They told me it's anxiety, so I've been on Depranex and Betacap. Lately, I've been getting this burning sensation that starts from my stomach or chest. It also feels like I'm being pricked on the left side of my chest and back. I'm really not sure what's going on with me, and it's making me worried. Could you give me some advice on what might be happening?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms related to anxiety and possibly acid reflux. The burning sensation starting from the stomach or chest could be due to acid reflux, and the feeling of being pricked on the left side of the chest and back could be related to nerve pain or muscle tension. To address your symptoms, I recommend the following: - Continue taking Depranex for anxiety as prescribed. - For acid reflux and burning sensation, you can try taking Omeprazole (brand name: Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast. - For nerve pain or muscle tension, you can try taking Gabapentin (brand name: Neurontin) 300mg once daily at bedtime. It's important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management of your symptoms.

View allI'm really concerned because I had COVID about three months ago, and although Im better now, my chest still feels pretty heavy sometimes. At the beginning, my left hand felt numb, and I had palpitations, so I took Corbis 2.5 for about 10 days. The palpitations seem to be okay now, but the heaviness in my chest is still there, especially if I try to work out or lift heavy things. The intensity has decreased a bit, but it's still noticeable. I've had a bunch of tests like ECG, ECHO, D-dimer, CKMB, TNI, BNP, MYO, a chest X-ray, and PFT, all of which came back normal. Lately, Ive noticed that if I press on my chest, I hear a crackling sound like when you crack your knuckles. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?
That could be due to costochondritis,no need to worry take adequate rest and do breating excercises and also do use flexon tablet when you have severe pain

I'm a bit concerned after getting my Holter test results back. It says I had 17 ventricular beats in tachycardia at 100 bpm and no bradycardia, with a sinus tachycardia peaking at 162 bpm just once. The doctors mentioned this might be normal for someone who drinks and smokes, and they advised me to quit both. The test was done because of an irregular pulse. Could you help me understand what all this means and how serious it is?
The holter test report indicates ventricular beats at 17%, beats in tachycardia (>=100 bpm) at 15%, and no bradycardia. Sinus tachycardia was noted at 162 bpm (maximum only once). It is advisable to quit alcohol and smoking, as advised by your doctors. The irregular pulse may be related to these habits. To help with the irregular pulse, you can take Metoprolol (brand name: Lopressor) 25mg twice daily. This medication can help regulate your heart rate and reduce the occurrence of irregular beats. Regular follow-up with your healthcare provider is recommended to monitor your progress.

I'm 17 and just found out from an ECG that I have LVH. I'm pretty worriedis this something really serious for someone my age? What should I do next?
Left ventricular hypertrophy or lvh means that your heart muscles are thickened and it can be a congenital problem in some individuals or It can develop overtime because of constant high blood pressure or being overweight.. It is not a serious condition and does not need any additional treatment except monitoring over a period of time and evaluation to find out the underlying cause
