I'm 31 weeks along and my baby's weight is 1.5 kg. Is this normal? My doctor mentioned that it's less than expected for this stage. Should I be worried?

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I've had a cold and cough recently. The cold is gone, but now I just have a dry cough that's making it really hard to sleep. I took misoprostol earlier in the day around 11:30 am and noticed a bit of spotting. If I push a bit, I get some bleeding, but it's not heavy at all. My doctor mentioned that I'd start having heavier bleeding after about 3 to 4 hours, but that hasn't happened yet. It's almost 9:30 now, and I'm getting worried. What should I do next?
