I'm 32 and my blood pressure readings came out to be 14890. Is that within the normal range, or should I be concerned? I'm not diabetic, so I'm wondering if I need to see a doctor or if there's something I should do on my own. Could you advise me on this?

View allI'm having these weird palpitations and transient jerks in my chest that last for a couple of seconds. They seem to happen randomly, and it's really unsettling because it feels like my heart stops during those moments. I exercise regularly and don't feel any chest pain, which is odd. My ECG, 2D ECHO, and HOLTER ECG came back normal, so now I'm left wondering. Could I have some kind of cardiac blockage? Are these jerks something I should worry about, like signs of a potential cardiac arrest or another serious heart issue? If it's none of those, what could possibly be causing these sensations?
Based on your normal ECG, 2D ECHO, and HOLTER ECG reports, it's unlikely that you have cardiac blockage or are at risk of cardiac arrest; the transient jerks and palpitations could be caused by benign conditions such as premature atrial contractions (PACs), premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), anxiety, stress, caffeine, or dehydration; to better understand the cause, consider consulting a cardiologist for further evaluation,

I'm trying to understand the differences between Cocor 5 and Inderal 40. Are they used for the same purpose, and if so, which one is considered safer with fewer side effects?
Yes, Cocor 5 and Inderal 40 are both beta blockers used to treat high blood pressure, angina, and certain heart rhythm disorders. In terms of safety and side effects, Inderal 40 (Propranolol) is generally considered to have fewer side effects compared to Cocor 5 (Bisoprolol). Inderal 40 is often preferred in patients with certain heart conditions or anxiety disorders due to its well-established safety profile. The usual dosage for Inderal 40 is 40mg once daily, while the dosage for Cocor 5 is 5mg once daily.

I'm a 28-year-old female, and in my recent blood test, my high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) level came back really high at 9.95. I'm worried because I know that's way above the normal range. Is this something I should be seriously concerned about?
