I've been smoking a bit of weed for the past four years, not a lot, but consistently. Lately, I've had a cold, and now every morning I wake up with a really dry throat and this burning sensation. I've been having this issue where my left ear feels blocked every morning, and I can only hear faintly until it gradually clears up throughout the day. It's been happening for about 20-25 days now. Do you have any suggestions for wax removal drops that could help?

You can try using Debrox earwax removal drops. Use 5-10 drops in the affected ear, and keep your head tilted for 5 minutes to allow the drops to work. You can do this twice a day for up to 4 days to help soften and remove the earwax. If the symptoms persist, please consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
