I'm a 37-year-old woman and I've been having trouble breathing and experiencing chest pain under my ribs on the right back side when I'm lying down. It feels a bit better when I lay on my left side, but I'm not able to sleep well and even make grumpy noises in my sleep. During the day, I seem to be okay and can go about my usual activities, but I'm really worried about what could be causing this. I haven't had any symptoms like those of Corona, but I'm still scared to go to the hospital. What do you think could be going on?

View allI'm really concerned because I've been feeling super tired all the time, and it's been getting harder to breathe properly. It feels like my body just isn't getting enough air, and it leaves me feeling worn out. What could be causing this? Could it be related to some kind of illness or underlying health issue? I'm really curious about what might be going on and would love to understand more.
Fatigue, difficulty breathing, and tiredness can be caused by several factors, such as respiratory conditions like asthma or bronchitis, heart issues, anemia, or even stress and anxiety. Its important to assess underlying health conditions and seek a doctors evaluation to pinpoint the exact cause and receive appropriate treatment.

I'm really curious about something. I quit smoking in February, and since then, whenever I clear my throat with a lot of effort, I notice dark particles in my phlegm. I'm not coughing and don't have any other symptoms, but this has me a bit concerned. Could this be something to worry about, or is it a normal part of the process after quitting smoking?

I'm really concerned about my health and could use some advice. Over the past 10 months, I've been having issues with sticky sputum and left side chest pain. And just recently, I noticed blood in my sputum along with pain under my armpit. I've lost around 12 kgs too, which is worrying me even more. I've done quite a few tests, like a CT scan, a heart echo test, and even a sputum AFB and Mantoux test, but they all came back normal. I also checked with a CT thorax with contrast and had a couple of chest X-rays, all normal. Blood tests like sugar, urea, creatinine, CBC, and a seroconversion test were negative too. I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm really anxious about it all. Can you help me figure out what might be happening or suggest what I should do next?
