I'm a 37-year-old woman and recently I had a lot of vaginal discharge with some itching, so my doctor gave me clingen forte vaginal capsules. I finished the whole treatment and I'm not having those symptoms anymore. But now I'm five days late for my period, and I'm wondering if its possible that clingen forte could be causing this delay?

there is no evidence that use of clingen forte suppositiries delay periods . But if u are a sexually active person would advise to go for a urine pregnancy test and if it comes negative to go ahead with a b hcg blood test that will be definitive of ruling out any pregnancy. In case both negative then it would be advised to visit the gynaecologist for further treatmen

I'm a bit concerned about taking Estrabet 2mg because I've read online that it's not recommended if you're planning to get pregnant. My doctor advised me to use it for a few weeks, but now I'm confused and worried it might not be safe. Could you help me understand if it's alright to take this medication while trying to conceive?

I've noticed my vagina is red and itchy on the outside of the lips, and the skin is peeling off. It's white in some areas. I've been putting powder and Vaseline on it for the past two days, but the itchiness hasnt gone away. What can I do to make it better?
For a red, itchy, and flaky vaginal area, especially on the outer lips, consider using an over-the-counter (OTC) anti-fungal or anti-itch cream like clotrimazole or hydrocortisone, and avoid using powders and vaseline as they can exacerbate the issue; also, practice good hygiene, wear breathable clothing, and consult a gynecologist if the symptoms persist or worsen.
