I'm 42 and have an enlarged uterus with fibroids measuring 9.26.07.6 cm. Can homeopathy help treat this without surgery? I really want to avoid an operation but I'm worried about whether homeopathic treatment would let me keep working my job while getting better. What do you suggest?

I've been really struggling with allergic rhinitis lately, and it's been so frustrating. My nose runs every morning, and I have this constant itching in my nose and eyes. I sneeze a lot and sometimes even get headaches or migraines. On top of that, I've been feeling pretty weak and have pain in my forehead. It's like all of this eventually leads to wheezing in my chest, and my respiratory tract feels blocked. I also have sinus issues and bronchial asthma. I'm wondering if homeopathy could actually help with all of this. Does it really work for something like this?

Paracetamol After Angioplasty and Preva As _General Guidance_ 1. _Paracetamol is generally safe_: Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is usually safe to use for fever management in patients who have undergone angioplasty. 2. _Consult the cardiologist or primary care physician_: Before administering paracetamol, it's best to consult your father's cardiologist or primary care physician to confirm it's safe in his specific situation. _Precautions and Interactions_ 1. _Bleeding risk_: Paracetamol may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with antiplatelet medications like Preva As (aspirin). 2. _Monitor liver function_: Aspirin can affect liver function, and paracetamol can also cause liver damage in rare cases. Monitor your father's liver function tests (LFTs) regularly. _Dosage and Administration_ 1. _Recommended dosage_: Follow the recommended paracetamol dosage (usually 500-1000 mg every 4-6 hours) and do not exceed the maximum daily dose. 2. _Monitor for adverse effects_: Watch for signs of bleeding, liver damage, or other adverse effects. _In Conclusion_ Consult your father's cardiologist or primary care physician before administering paracetamol to ensure it's safe in his specific situation. Monitor for potential interactions, bleeding risk, and liver function.
