I'm 42 and have an enlarged uterus with fibroids measuring 9.26.07.6 cm. Can homeopathy help treat this without surgery? I really want to avoid an operation but I'm worried about whether homeopathic treatment would let me keep working my job while getting better. What do you suggest?

I'm trying to understand something about homeopathy doses. Is there a difference between 3x and 30 ch? Can I use 30 ch if I was advised to get 3x, or are they not interchangeable? It's a bit confusing, and I'd appreciate some insight on this.

I've been dealing with multiple lipomas for about ten years now, and I'm kind of worried. My homeopathic doctor recommended CALC FLOUS 200 and SILICEA 200 for treatment. I'm curious, do these medicines actually help with lipomas? Also, should I be concerned about any side effects from them?

These are commonly used homeopathic medicines for treating lipomas. Calcarea Fluorica helps in reducing the size of the lipomas and preventing new ones from forming, while Silicea helps in expelling the fatty deposits from the body. These medicines are generally safe to use with minimal risk of side effects when taken in the recommended dosage. However, as with any medication, there is a possibility of individual sensitivity or allergic reactions. It is always recommended to consult with a qualified homeopathic practitioner for personalized advice and monitoring of your condition.

I've had this cold and cough for about two weeks, and even though I've been taking medication from my general physician, I can't shake off this constant coughing sensation near my throat. It feels like something's always there, and when I cough, only a small amount comes up. It's been like this for three weeks. I tried cough syrup zinda talismath but it's not really helping. It's not super annoying, but it's definitely taking a toll on me. For the last two years, my cold and cough patterns changed. My nose doesnt get blocked anymore, but it all comes out from my mouth. I get a cold every 3-4 months, especially after having anything cold. Do you think turning to homeopathy might offer a long-term solution? I'd appreciate any advice or direction. I'm generally healthy, weigh 96 kilos, eat well, and don't drink or smoke. There's a family history of cold and cough, especially on my dads side. Any suggestions?
