I'm about a month post-tympanoplasty and I'm experiencing this persistent itching and some weird noises in my ear. There's also this internal skin pain that's kind of bothering me. When I talked to my surgeon, they said it's all normal, but I'm still worried. Is it really usual to have these symptoms after the surgery?

View allI'm dealing with this annoying dryness in my throat and mouth every early morning around 4 or 5 am since November. I saw a doctor and had my blood sugar tested through a urine testit was normal. The meds helped for a week, but then the dryness came back. Also, I have this long-term nasal blockage since 2011 after a viral fever. I cant smell much unless my nasal passage clears up or during a cold. Plus, I catch a cold every month or two. I'm confused about who to see for this issue because online it seems like these symptoms could be throat infection, prediabetes, or sinus problems. Could you guide me on which specialist to consult and the right treatment to pursue?

I'm really worried because I've got this yellow pus with a terrible smell coming out of my right nostril. It's got this drainage-like odor that's just unbearable. Last month I had a lot of tooth pain, but that's gone now. The pus seems to come out whenever I bend over. I've seen a top ENT and a dentist, and they couldn't figure out what's wrong, even after an X-ray in the front of my mouth. Now they're suggesting a CT scan to diagnose it. Any idea what might be going on or what I should do next?
It sounds like you may have a sinus infection with a possible connection to your tooth. The yellow pus and bad smell are concerning symptoms. To help with the infection, you can try taking a course of antibiotics such as Amoxicillin. Additionally, you can use a nasal spray like Fluticasone propionate spray in each nostril once daily to reduce inflammation in the sinuses. It's important to follow up with the CT scan as recommended by your healthcare providers for a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
