I'm in Bangalore and I'm having trouble finding Otostar drops, which I've been using to clean my 7-month-old baby's ears. One of the stores here suggested I use Otorex instead. Is it safe to use Otorex for my baby's ears? I'm a bit worried and would really appreciate your advice.

I'm really worried about my 8-month-old baby. His nose is extremely blocked, and using Nasivion 0.01% hasn't helped at all. He's 9 kilograms. Is it okay if I switch to 0.025% instead? Could you also advise me on using a nebulizer, or if it would be helpful for him?
