I'm a bit concerned about my CBC report results. The PDW is at 19.3, the MPV is showing 13.1, and the PLCR is 51.0, which I learned are high values. What could this mean for my health? Should I be worried, and what steps should I take next?

View allI'm really concerned about my brother. His CBC report shows elevated neutrophils at 7.59, low lymphocytes at 17, eosinophils at 0.54, TLC is at 10.3, and his RBC count is 4.45. The other day he fainted after being outside in the heat. What could be causing this? I'm quite worried and just want to understand what's going on.

I recently had a routine CBC done and noticed my monocyte count is a bit high. The normal range is supposed to be 3.0 to 7.0, but mine came back at 7.9. Should I be worried about this? I did the test in the evening after fasting for 14 hours. Could that have affected the results?

Im really confused about my dads D-dimer levels after his COVID recovery. His first test showed 1800, but we didnt find out until five days later. He wasnt showing any clotting symptoms, so we checked with a doctor who recommended blood thinners. We decided to get another test done at a more reliable lab two days later and it came back at 160. He had been taking dabigatran 150 BD during those two days. We re-tested after 15 days, and the D-dimer was 180. Im trying to figure out if the blood thinner could have caused such a big drop from 1800 to 160, or if its safe to just disregard the first test as incorrect and stop the meds. Could you help me understand whats going on?
