I'm a bit concerned about my SGPT and SGOT levels. Are there specific precautions I should be taking to get them under control? Should I also consider getting any advanced checkups done? I'm honestly just looking for some guidance here.

To control elevated SGPT (ALT) and SGOT (AST) liver enzyme levels, take the following precautions: maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, limit alcohol consumption, avoid fatty and fried foods, stay hydrated, manage stress, and avoid exposure to toxins

I'm kind of worried because my SGPT level is at 240 and my SGOT is 94. Do you think I should take Liv52 and HEP plus tablets for this? Also, what kind of diet should I be following to help manage these levels?

I'm dealing with some chest heaviness and trouble breathing, especially in the evenings and at night. Ive had acid reflux before, and now I'm taking doxycycline since I'm COVID positive. My fever's been gone for four days, and my breathing was okay a few days ago, but this chest issue started three days back. My oxygen levels are consistently at 98, so that's good. I took ranidommps and digene last night, which seemed to help, but the tightness and breathing issues came back after lunch today. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

take one more antacid at night and tomorrow morning

I used to eat really late around 11 pm and go straight to bed. Lately, I've been waking up with my head spinning, sweating a lot, and my whole body feels like it's shivering with pain. One time, I even threw up and after that, I felt normal again. I'm really scared because my blood pressure and sugar levels are all normal. What could be causing this?

It sounds like you experienced a sudden and intense reaction, possibly from low blood sugar or dehydration, even though your BP and sugar levels seem fine. It's good that you felt better after vomiting, but if this continues, it might be worth checking in with a doctor to rule out any underlying issues. Stay hydrated and avoid eating too late.
