I've noticed something odd whenever I'm laughing hard, and it always catches me off guard. If I take a deep breath in between laughs, I get this sudden, really heavy pain on the right side of my chest, like around the rib or breastbone area. I'm experiencing some shortness of breath, especially when I'm trying to go to sleep at night. It wakes me up and I find myself needing to wait to catch my breath before I can settle down again. It's been going on for about 3 years now and sometimes it's accompanied by bloating, burping, and farting. I notice the shortness of breath can also happen with panic or loud noises around me. I've tried different medicines over time but they only seem to help temporarily. I'm really curious to know what could be causing this and what might actually help. What do you think I should do?

I'm really worried because I was asked to leave the UAE due to a lung x-ray showing a scar from what they say is old TB, even though I don't have active TB right now. I really want to return to Dubai but I'm not sure what steps to take to prove I'm healthy enough to go back. Is there a way to legally and safely address this scar with treatment or medications? Have you dealt with cases like this before where people needed to show proof of treatment to re-enter a country? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm a bit concerned about what my x-ray report is showing. It mentions mild increased peri hilar bronchovascular markings in both lungs. Could you help me understand what this means? Is it something serious or should I be worried about it?

Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma,bronchopneumonia,cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension. Tablet azithromycin 500mg ,orally.once daily for 5 days is advised to the patient.
