I'm a bit concerned about what my x-ray report is showing. It mentions mild increased peri hilar bronchovascular markings in both lungs. Could you help me understand what this means? Is it something serious or should I be worried about it?

Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma,bronchopneumonia,cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension. Tablet azithromycin 500mg ,orally.once daily for 5 days is advised to the patient.

I've been struggling to breathe properly for the past 10 months and I've already had two pulmonary function testsone back in December 2017 and another in March 2018.
