I'm a bit concerned because every month, right before my periods, I experience this pain in my clitoris when I pee. It only lasts for about a minute but it's quite uncomfortable, and theres sometimes itching too. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

My report says bilateral tubes are normal on chromotubation but there's a right fimbrial block since it shows free fill but no spill on that side. Did the surgery actually open up the blockage or is it still there? I'm a bit confused about what the results mean for my fertility.
surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
