I've been experiencing this ongoing chest pain in the middle area whenever I take a deep breath, and it's been going on for about 2.5 years now. Initially, the doctor mentioned it was anxiety-related, but the pain hasn't gone away and I haven't seen a doctor for the last year because of the whole COVID situation. I'm wondering if this could really just be anxiety or if there's a chance it might be something else, like an esophagus issue. I mean, the pain gets worse with a deep breath, but I don't have trouble breathing otherwise. I did an ECG and a high troponin test about 12 days ago, and both were normal. I've also got acidity issues. What should I do next?

I'm experiencing a vibration-like sensation in my chest, stomach, and head when my heart beats. When I lie down, I can feel those beats in my stomach, and when sitting, I sense them in my chest. While running, my heartbeat feels really intense. Can you help me understand if this is normal or something I should be concerned about?

I'm having chest pain that's really concerning me. When I press the center of my chest with my finger, it hurts, and sometimes I feel pain on the left and right sides too, but other times there's no pain at all. Even when I cough, it's like the pain flares up in my chest. Lately, I've also been experiencing some back pain. I have had diabetes for the past 10 years and have been on Novamix 30 insulin. Could you suggest any medication or remedies for relief?
