I'm a bit concerned because I've been experiencing this clicking sound in my chest with every heartbeat, especially when lying down. It's actually loud enough that other people can hear it too. Could it be related to the small hole in my heart that's currently closing? I'm really not sure what's going on, and its got me kind of worried. What do you think this might be?

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with chest pain for the last 2 years. I've had all kinds of tests done like ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, and even a CT Coronary Angiography, and they all came back normal. But my blood test results are a bit concerning. My high sensitivity C Reactive protein is at 9.7 mgL, lipoprotein A is 35.09 mgdL, Lipase is 63.6 UL, SGOT is 70.9 UI, SGPT is 88.4, and GGT is 80.9. My mom's been having trouble with her breathing for a bit now, and we recently got an echo test done. They said her heart is bigger than normal and kinda weak, functioning at about 25% of what it should be. She's 50, has high blood pressure, and is a bit diabetic. I'm really worried about her. Do you think this is something we can fix? How serious is it? Should I be really alarmed?
Yes it is alarming since the heart functioning is only 25.., u may require an echo for further management and a cardiac opinion.
