I'm a bit concerned because my lips and tongue have started feeling numb and tingly whenever I smoke. It happened a couple of days ago and I just brushed it off, but it happened again today. Should I be worried about this?

I've been having a cold and cough along with a mild fever in the evenings for a few days now. But whats really worrying me is this weakness in my legs and hands. There's no pain, just this weird weakness. It's making it hard for me to walk these past couple of days, and my hands are feeling kind of stiff.
