I'm a bit confused about the difference between Lupin Lumenac 600 Tablet and Lumenac 600 Capsule. Are they basically the same, or is there some important distinction I should be aware of? I'm trying to figure out if it matters which one I use.

I've been dealing with chest pain for a while now, and it sometimes comes with back pain as well.
