I'm a bit confused about taking Krimson 35. I finished my pack, and on the 4th or 5th day afterward, I got my period. Should I start taking Krimson on the first day of my period, or do I need to wait for seven days to start again? I'm just trying to make sure I get the timing right.

You should start Krimson 35 on the first day of your period. There's no need to wait for seven days; just begin the new pack as prescribed. If you have concerns, it's always a good idea to confirm with your doctor.

I'm a 20-year-old girl and I've been having some irritation in my private area. This year on February 29th, I had my first sexual experience with my partner. At first, he didn't use a condom, but then he did for the rest. It was really painful, and I even bled a bit. After about 5 minutes the pain stopped and I started to enjoy it. I took some emergency contraception because I was worried about pregnancy. But the day after, the pain came back. Then we had sex again with a condom on March 4th, and I ended up taking emergency contraception again. About 15 days after that, I started experiencing the pain more regularly, especially on days I wear tight jeans. Is this normal or should I be worried?

,it may be Vulvodynia, a unexplained pain or discomfort in the vulva(vaginal opening) area that typically strikes women between ages 18 and 25 and lasts more than three months. Symptoms include chronic burning, stinging, knifelike pain, rawness or irritation that comes and goes. The pain can interfere with sex, tampon insertion, and even make wearing undergarments or pants intolerable. So next time avoid tight jeans,, practice foreplay before sex and Vagina need to be ready (wet with vaginal secretion) before insertion of penis. Taking I pill also cause irregular pain and bleeding for many days or even weeks,, please avoid them next time, use condoms or Copper - T for unwanted pregnancy. And bleeding and pain after first time sex is common due to hymen tear.

I'm feeling pretty worried because last night, my husband was a bit too rough while sucking my nipples. He bit and squeezed them hard, and now I'm dealing with some serious pain and slight bleeding. It's hurting a lot. What should I do about it?

It sounds like your nipples were injured from the intense pressure and biting. It's important to give them time to heal, and you may want to avoid further stimulation to the area for a few days. If the pain and bleeding persist or worsen, I recommend seeing a doctor for an evaluation.

I'm 37 and in my 36th week of my first pregnancy. My ObGyn said I have a genetic blood clotting issue that's affecting the baby's growth she's small at 2.25 kg, and I even lost 2 kg last week. They prescribed daily Innohep 450 injections to help, but I'm worried since I'm planning a C-section. Could this medication cause excessive bleeding during surgery?

Yes, Innohep (enoxaparin) can increase the risk of bleeding, including during a C-section. It's a low-molecular-weight heparin, a type of anticoagulant, meaning it prevents blood clots but can also make it harder for the blood to clot. Because of this, it's crucial to discuss this with your ObGyn and surgeon.
