I'm a bit confused about the vitamin prescription I got for my nerve issues. The doctor said to take it once a day for two weeks, but didn't specify the strength. Should I be looking for something like 100mg? Any clues on what I should do?

I'm 24 but my brain doesn't feel like it's developed properly for my age could I have some kind of congenital brain issue? Would brain surgery even help with this or is there another way to address it?
