I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I had a root canal done on tooth number 7 a while back, but now the cap has come off after about five years. My dentist suggested an implant, but I'm worried because I've heard that my upper jaw bone might not be big enough up to the sinus area. I'm really stressed about whether I should go ahead with the implant. What would you advise?
