I'm a bit worried about the change in meds. Initially, after just taking Telma AM 40, there was swelling in the feet, and the doc switched to TELMA 40 which was alright for a while, but then my blood pressure got high again. Now they've got me on TELMIKIND 40 H S and NUMLO5 for the past 8 days. But after taking them, I start feeling really weak and lethargic just a few hours later. Is this normal side effect or should I be concerned about this change?

That could be imbalance between electrolytes once check his electrolytes and visit Physician for proper evaluationa and appropriate management

I'm a 27-year-old female and my heart rate seems unusually high, usually over 100, sometimes even reaching 130 beats per minute, even when I'm resting. All my tests, like Spo2, ESR, vitamin levels, thyroid, lipid, and many more have come back normal, including the NT-proBNP. But I just can't shake off this feeling of worry about my heart. The doctors didn't seem to focus much on the heartbeats, though, and asked me to get an MRI spine for my pain. I often experience upper back pain, a heavy feeling in my head, shortness of breath, and sometimes pain in my left breast and shoulder blade. It's less when I'm in bed but gets severe when I'm sitting or working. With my heart rate always on the high side at my age, is this something to be concerned about? Also, why did my doctor order an MRI and not more heart-related tests?

I had COVID back in May 2021 and was in quarantine. Things were normal until late August when I started having a cold and got treated with antibiotics. After finishing the antibiotics, I noticed this slight pain on the left side of my chest while breathing deeply, as well as pain in my left hand. It's not sharp anymore, just a constant feeling. My chest X-ray came back normal, but the ECG showed Sinus Tachycardia, and sometimes my heart rate spikes. I'm 26, recently quit smoking, and I'm worried if this could be something like COPD or lung cancer. I can hold my breath for over a minute and can exhale in about 15 seconds, so I'm not breathless. But I'm really anxious, my hands and feet get sweaty, and there's this skin issue on my lower foot which makes me think about hyperthyroidism. Could you help me understand what's going on? I'm seriously worried.
