I'm a bit worried about the change in meds. Initially, after just taking Telma AM 40, there was swelling in the feet, and the doc switched to TELMA 40 which was alright for a while, but then my blood pressure got high again. Now they've got me on TELMIKIND 40 H S and NUMLO5 for the past 8 days. But after taking them, I start feeling really weak and lethargic just a few hours later. Is this normal side effect or should I be concerned about this change?

I'm a bit concerned because my systolic blood pressure has been hovering around 130, but I've noticed that my diastolic is consistently above 90 or even 95.
