I'm a bit worried about this fibronodular opacity that showed up on my X-ray. It says it's in the left mid zone. Can you help me understand what this means? Should I be concerned about it?

View allI'm dealing with a cold and running nose issue since I was a kid, and I found out I have asthma in 2016. I've been using that Budamate inhaler twice a day along with Arzep and Metatop nasal sprays. Originally, I used the sprays every day, twice a day, but now I only use them when my cold flares up. So here are my questions: sometimes I get a runny nose right when I wake up. Is it okay to use the Arzep and Metatop nasal sprays on an empty stomach? And can I use the inhaler on an empty stomach too? Another thing, I've been controlling my cold with Arzep, but are there any long-term effects if I keep using these nasal sprays regularly? I'm kinda worried about any side effects.
Continue all the medications as advised by the physician.

My grandpa's been having a tough time with a serious mucus issue lately. It's like every day he's struggling to spit it out. And recently, the coughing and spitting seem to have ramped up even more. He's on some meds and using a pof blower, but it's not really doing the trick. Do you have any idea what might help?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been dealing with ILD for the past 3 years and has to use an oxygen concentrator almost constantly. I've done a lot of reading about this disease, but I only find information on pulmonary rehabilitation and oxygen therapy. A friend recently mentioned trying homeopathic treatments and said there are medicines that could help in the long run. I'm curious to know if seeing a homeopathic doctor could be beneficial for my dad's condition. Could you provide some guidance on this?
-For ILD, conventional treatments like pulmonary rehabilitation and oxygen therapy are the mainstay, but some people explore homeopathy as an adjunct for symptom management. However, there's limited scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness for lon
