I'm a bit worried about my 3-month-old baby. I've been feeding them both formula milk, specifically Lactogen, and breast milk since they were 2 months old. Everything seemed fine, but lately, I've noticed they've started having greenish stools for about a week now. I'm thinking about switching from Lactogen to Nan Pro. Is it safe to make this change? And why might their stools be green?

Marijuana does not directly affect HIV test results. HIV tests detect antibodies or antigens related to the virus, not substances like marijuana.
However, if you're concerned about your HIV test result or CBC variations, consider the following:
- Window period: HIV tests may not detect the virus if taken too early after exposure. The window period varies depending on the test type.
- Test sensitivity: No test is 100% accurate. False negatives can occur.
- CBC variations: Changes in your CBC results might be unrelated to HIV or marijuana use.
To alleviate your concerns:
- Retest: Consider retesting for HIV after the recommended window period.
- Consult a healthcare professional: Discuss your test results, marijuana use, and any concerns with a doctor or counselor.

I'm really concerned about my 5-year-old daughter. Her recent urine test showed pus cells in the range of 8-10 per HPF. Is this something we should be worried about? What's considered normal for a child her age? I'm worried if this could be dangerous. Could you help me understand what this means and how we can address it?
The normal ratio of pus cells in the urine of a 5-year-old girl is usually less than 5 per high power field (HPF). Therefore, 8-10 pus cells per HPF may indicate an infection. While a UTI is not usually dangerous, it is important to treat it promptly to prevent complications such as kidney infection. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

My baby just turned 5 months and 6 days old. I'm wondering if it's a good time to start introducing Cerelac as a supplement. Also, could you advise me on which formula to buy? I'm trying to make sure I'm making the right choices.
Consult your doctor before taking any medication during pregnancy. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but only under medical guidance. Recommended dosage: 25-50 mg every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 300 mg in 24 hours. Alternative allergy medications during pregnancy: Loratadine (Claritin) Cetirizine (Zyrtec) Always prioritize consulting your healthcare provider before taking any medication.
