I'm a bit worried about my cholesterol levels; my total cholesterol is 238, triglycerides are 285, HDL is 50, VLDL is 57, and LDL is 131. Do you think it's okay if I start taking Tonact TG to help maintain my levels?

I've been waking up with a pretty bad headache and noticing that my blood pressure readings are quite high in the morning, sometimes hitting around 160100. I've had a 2D echo and a stress test done, and both came back normal. Does this mean I'm in the clear from having a heart attack, or is there still a risk?
